01.The opportunity
Fans had the numbers. They needed the story behind them.
Keeping up with football can feel like a second job. Fans cannot watch every fixture, while conventional stats products often provide more data without explaining what it means for the match.
MatchOnAI needed one coherent experience that could make a clear promise, earn trust quickly and carry people from discovery into concise, useful analysis across the leagues and teams they follow.
02.The marketing site
A landing page built around one immediately useful promise.
The page leads with the fan’s real problem, demonstrates the product through a recognisable fixture and gives every section a clear path into today’s match insights. Product proof, pricing and common objections support that journey without burying the core value.

03.The web app
Personal context before the next fixture.
The signed-in product brings club form, player context, scoring patterns and a daily AI insight into one glanceable team overview.
A date-led fixture browser and competition filters keep the wider matchday experience fast to scan, while quizzes and fan progression add reasons to return beyond a single briefing.

04.Behind the product
Growth signals made visible.
The build also included the internal view needed to operate the product: monitoring signups, access, trials, conversion and engagement across core experiences such as match insights, fixture clicks and post-match analysis.
05.End to end
One product story, designed and built from first visit to daily use.
Sixyce carried MatchOnAI across positioning, landing-page UX/UI, product UX/UI and full implementation of both the public website and web application. That shared ownership kept the message, interaction patterns and underlying product experience moving in the same direction.
